during the portion on country situations (Item No. 4).

She will castigate the Dutch government for the political persecution and the violation of ILPS Chair Prof. Sison’s rights, as well as the unwarranted
confiscation of PPT files and the peace negotiation
files.

Marie of Karapatan will also make an oral intervention during the said part with respect to the hr sitaution in the Philippines and the record of the Phils in the UNHR Council.
